Yes, in vulnerability there is so much magic, growth and love!
And the more often we are vulnerable, the better we feel…pushing through those layers that are holding us back. We are meant to shine, as scary as it may feel sometimes!
I so feel it. I feel the need for the vulnerable in me to be heard and I see me trying to run like a lightening bolt. This is showing up in staying “busy” and playing small on social media. Thank you for shining light on this for all of us!
